Refund and Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase (and not yet processed) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If your order is already in printing or packaging, a 30% fee applies.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping may be covered depending on location, otherwise the customer is responsible.
Full return details will be shared once your request is approved.
Important: We can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after the 30-day window.
Shipping Policy
Production Time: 2–7 business days (each tee is custom made).
Shipping Times (after production):
United States: 2–5 business days
Priority US (when available): 2–3 business days
Western Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 4–11 business days
Canada & Eastern Europe: 9–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 9–15 business days
Mexico, Central & South America: 9–16 business days
Other International Locations: 10–30 business days (varies by country)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note — holidays, customs, and global events may cause delays beyond our control.
Where We Ship
cristea ships to most countries worldwide. Current exceptions include North Korea, Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine. For all other destinations, shipping is supported via Printify’s global carrier network.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is wrong or the package is not received, carriers may dispose of the order. cristea is not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Send an email with photos and your order details.
We’ll send you a free replacement or refund (your choice).
No need to return the faulty item unless specifically requested.
If your packaging is visibly damaged during shipping, send us photos and we’ll replace it free of charge.
Late Shipping Policy
If your order has not arrived within 14 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, you may request a refund or replacement.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. If an order is refused and returned due to unpaid fees, you will be charged any return shipping costs.
Lost / Stolen Packages
cristea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim with your local shipping provider if this happens.
